Session 4: How To Get “Prompt Coaching”

Prompt Skill Is Asking For Prompting Coaching: When you assume that this is a highly intelligent thinking partner, you then start realizing that you can ask it for help with prompting itself. 

Focus Is Happiness: Most of us are unconsciously pursuing “happiness” - but this is hard to define, or describe. What we’re really trying to do is feel good emotionally, and not feel bad, but we don’t really get how this whole system works. It’s important to study happiness directly, and to work on it directly.

Prompt Sequence:

Prompt 1: Describe a happy life

Prompt 2: List prompts can I ask you to improve my happiness

Prompt 3: Can you merge these into one big prompt?

Prompt 4: Summarize into 10 bullet points.
